• CM can be contacted on phone 24 hrs.

• During night time any person on call will respond.
  Flat fee of weekly visit and availability of service is $100.00.

• Any time rendered past 2 hrs per week will be billed as 10$ per hr.

• Night time or off hr calls (that is after 7 PM and before 9 AM) will be $20.00 per hr.

• Case Management will be settled after complete interview with you on phone or personally and initial intake interview with your parents.

• Initial Interview with your Parents 25$. If chosen to cont the service that fee will be waived.

• Complete billing information will be provided to you on weekly basis for any service that is rendered after contracted time.

• A summary of monthly progress will be sent to you every month.

• Constant email contact with direct phone number of Case Manger will keep you in touch with your parents and family case manger.

• Case Manger will only respond to his/her phone until 7 PM.

• Between 7 PM and 9 AM a massage can be left.
  For emergency contact an emergency number is provided.

• Fee: $100.00/Month

Charges listed above are Mamoo in Pakistan fees only and does not include charges for any hospital and doctor's bills and charges for lab work and medications. All these charges shall be payable at actual.

*All receipts and bills will be sent to the subscriber as they are obtained.

*An estimate of the service will be given initially and a deposit will be required.

*If your total charges are less then the initial amount deposited. Your money will be returned.
