Tohfay.com provides a service and quality guarantee on all our services. If you think that any of our service details are not meeting your requirement, taste satisfaction or are not up to the promised standards we have set for ourselves, you would be able to contact our customer service staff both in Pakistan and our headquarters in USA 24/7 to rectify the situation immediately. You can reach us at service@MamooinPakistan.com with your service order tracking number and your concerns would be addressed on top priority basis.

For any items perishable or nonperishable that have been delivered as part of the service and needs replacement, would be replaced if a replacement option is still useful. A replacement delivery coupon of value equal to the value of original order may be offered for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits and chocolates if replacement is not possible due to time considerations. Other gift items may be returned for a refund, provided the product should be in its original unused form and packaging for return.

No refunds will be accepted for gifts delivered at incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Excess shipping and Handling charges (for express and custom deliveries) shall not be refunded for either perishable or other gift items.
