FAQ: Can I change or cancel a service order that I have just placed?
Service orders can be changed for minor changes/upgrades/additions till 72 hrs before the exact actual time of delivery of service or the event. Some changes to already ordered/agreed and designed service may need pre-approval and a possible increased cost.

Orders for perishables (Cake, Flowers, Mithai) can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hrs before scheduled delivery date. If it's already 12-24 hours since you placed your order, there is a good probability that your order has already been processed and shipped. However, we encourage you to e-mail us at service@MamooinPakistan.com or call us at 1-866-4Tohfay (1-866-486-4329) with your order number and concern details.

Our customer service staff will advise you with the status of your order and next steps. We may either ask you to return the shipped order (non-perishable goods) after authorization from our representative or any other options that better suit your needs.
